About Equine Learning
Equine Learning is a community interest company offering education, training, therapeutic horsemanship and equestrian coaching in South Warwickshire since 2008.
Based at Wootton Park, on a beautiful private estate near Henley-in-Arden, we welcome children, young people and adults of all abilities. We work with schools, care providers, local authorities, individuals and families to provide inclusive educational programmes, lessons, sessions, retreats and camps.
Learning is at the heart of our work. Our person-centred approach supports people to build confidence, develop practical skills and experience positive connections with horses. We have particular experience of working with autistic young people and support people with a wide range of learning, physical, sensory and emotional needs.
Our vision is a community equestrian centre where everyone can benefit from learning and spending time with horses. Alongside our therapeutic and educational programmes, we offer equestrian coaching, horsemanship training, retreats, and team building and leadership days.
Our horses’ welfare is at the heart of everything we do. Our horse-centred approach respects each horse’s individual needs and supports their physical and emotional wellbeing. We help people learn to work with horses in an ethical and considerate way, building understanding, empathy and respect.
Our facilities include an outdoor riding arena, a covered round pen, and off-road riding through woodland and open countryside. We offer regular local sessions, with on-site accommodation available for visitors travelling from further afield.
We are a licensed and insured riding establishment, an affiliated Pony Club Centre, a HETI member and an approved centre on the UK Human Equine Interaction Register.
