To join Equine Learning for lessons, therapeutic sessions, trail rides or our learning programnmes we need some information from you before your first visit to ensure we are meeting our licensing and operational procedures. Please note this form does not book you in for any services, you can book in through the 'book now' tab on the right hand side of this page.

Equine Learning CIC (ELCIC) will always aim to match participants with the most appropriate horse, follow our Health and Safety policy and carry out risk assessments, but horse-riding and horsemanship activities of any kind remain activities where accidents can happen. YOU TAKE PART IN HORSE RIDING AND HORSEMANSHIP ACTIVITIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

DISCLAIMER - I understand that there is an element of risk involved in horse-riding and horsemanship activities and that ELCIC will not be held liable for injury or accidents occuring during horse-riding or horsemanship sessions. I have read the Equine Learning Health and Safety policy and I agree to abide by the yard rules. I hve read the Infection Control Procedures and agree to follow these procedures at all times. I understand that if I, or my child, borrows riding hats, boots or any other equipment belonging to ELCIC that I / we do so at my/ our own. risk, and ELCIC cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained as a result of hats, boots or other equipment failing. I understand that Equine Learning reserves the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of having Covid 19 symptoms or anyone who has been in contact with an infected person to ensure that we keep our team and other participants safe.
